Hartmann: RNC encourages PA vote-by-mail

I was just listening to Thom and he reported on this story. Repugnantans are adamant that they are strictly opposed to a national effort to allow everyone to vote by mail in the upcoming November election. Why? Dump accurately let the cat out of the bag when he noted that if we allowed such a thing then a Repug would never win again. And yet the Repugnantan National Committee is encouraging only their voters to do so. "RNC is currently mailing some voters mail-in ballot applications and encouraging them to fill them out and return to their county elections office."
