Lawsuit seeks to stop CA primary vote certification

In the video below we learn that since the election day result was Clinton 56.8% to Sanders 43.2%, more votes have been counted and per the CA Secretary of State the tally is now Sanders 51.1% to Clinton 48.9%. And there are still more ballots to count. Given these anomalies, and the fact that quite a few people were taken off the voting roles and/or forced to use uncounted provisional ballots, the lawsuit was filed.
