In this clip Hartmann discusses a House amendment passed by Republicans to do the above. Can you imagine the level of stupidity and/or corruption involved to do this? The Pentagon has previously put out reports on how climate change is a serious national security concern. And now the party supposedly about national security won't have them prepare for it?
