Biden, Warren co-author op-ed

Suggesting legislation that will provide oversight of relief efforts during the pandemic. They criticized the Dumpsters for corruptly funneling the majority of that relief to their cronies, as well as installing a cronie to oversee disbursement. They favor "putting in place protections against conflicts of interests, closing loopholes and requiring more extensive public reporting of lobbying activity, and protecting inspectors general and whistleblowers." If the Repugs won't do it then it will be priority number one when Biden wins. It's encouraging that Biden and Warren are working together on this.
