Cuomo: Hero or villain?

Cuomo is all the talk as some kind of hero during NY's severe case of pandemic. He's portrayed as the good guy v. Dump because he's promoting measures to address it while daily criticizing Dump's atrocious response. Granted his response was far less than ideal, but anything compared to Dump looks good. There's even talk the DNC will replace Biden with him at the Convention. But who is Cuomo, really? Ryan Grim reports on how Cuomo drastically cut Medicaid, and will continue to expand those cuts, which directly hamper how hospitals can handle the pandemic.
