FBI Comey says no charges on the new emails

See this story in which the FBI has now looked at the emails revealed on Weiner's computer and concluded that there will be no new charges. I wonder if this can undo the damage the previous letter created? How many have already early voted based on the previous letter? Is this new revelation enough time to reach everyone else who has yet to vote? We'll see in 2 days.
