CA Governor Brown defies Twamp's anti-climate change agenda

Kudos to Governor Brown for this defiance. The Twamp Admin will cut climate science research money, including disabling satellite monitoring. Brown pledges that CA will then launch its own satellite to keep up on the data. This is what we need, the progressive States to do their own programs and fight back against the most regressive regime in US history. Which States, by the way, provided almost 3 million more popular votes for Clinton in the election, the true winner.
