Continuing from the last post, another
point of note from the article, particularly for this forum, is that
many of the down-trodden working class maintain religious belief and
community to help with their malaise. And they reject to uppity
well-educated that often deride such belief as superstitious nonsense.
So how do those involved in integral postmetaphysical spirituality (IPS) reach or help them? Is perhaps its major emphasis on
theory, philosophy and academy seen by those in need as just more of the
same elite snobbery that they've come to reject? And if so, then how do
IPSers use their 'evolved' spiritual alternatives to help these folks
without trying to convert them?
I'll let you know if I get any responses from that forum.
