Hopefully "never before" will become "never again"

Yet another story claiming exasperatingly "never before" relating to the Twamp. "Never before has a President or President-elect spoken so dismissively of the C.I.A." Never before have we had to say "never before" on a daily basis about a President. We're getting to the point where we hopefully will start saying "never again."
