Clinton takes credit for NY's $15 minimum wage?

This is weird. She has constantly said that the $15 minimum wage just can't fly while Sanders has always supported it. And now that NY passed it for their State Clinton is taking credit? WTF, this political vampire has no bounds to her despicable, unethical behavior.
