Appeals Court dismisses complaint against the DNC

See the story here. The suit's general claim was that the DNC unfairly disfavored Sanders in the 2016 election. The court dismissed all the complaints. So you think after this that the DNC won't try it again? Wishful thinking. This should tell us something:

"[Judge] Jordan is an appointee of President Bill Clinton. His opinion was joined by Judge Frank Hull, also a Clinton appointee, and Judge Britt Grant, an appointee of President Donald Trump."
