Of meta-ontologies and geo-politics

Andrew started an IPS thread with Scahill's documentary Dirty Wars. He has since provided articles on energy production/distribution, the Ukraine situation and geo-politics generally. He makes a valid point that IPS is often focused on "abstruse philosophical abstractions" and into the latest fashion thereof with meta-ontology. Hence I've always added a political bent to the forum, for it is one of the more spiritual enactments in which one can engage. Bryant is very much into the infrastructural basis for politics and philosophy, and the stories in the thread deal directly with that topic. Meta-ontologies generally do not, and are irrelevant if they do not.
